Korean Imoogi dragons in folklore are known to be kind creatures, related to agriculture and water they are bringers of clouds and rain.
Korean dragons habitation is near rivers, lakes, oceans, or even deep mountain ponds.
Imoogi means ‘Great Lizard.’
The Legend of The Imoogi Dragon:
The Imoogi powers were granted from the sun gods through a special girl. On her 17th birthday her birthmark will appear as a dragon on her shoulder and she will shape-shift into an Imoogi.

Another myth says the Imoogi dragon was a proto-type dragon and must wait 1000 years before it becomes a full fledged dragon.
